Class 4 MOT testing covers most passenger cars, private hire cars, ambulances and taxis, including goods vehicles up to 3000kg gross weight. For passenger vehicles and playbuses with more than 12 seats we provide a Class 5 MOT test, and for goods vehicles between 3000kg and 3500kg gross weight we offer a Class 7 MOT. What does the MOT Test include?

During the MOT test, important safety features on your car will be checked for functionality, including the mirrors, brakes, steering wheel, seatbelts and lights.

An MOT does not serve the same function as a car service, and parts that are not checked during the MOT test are the engine, clutch and gearbox, which will need to have a full service at least once a year.
